Macon Loves Their Teachers

Whether they are teaching virtually or masking up for in-person learning, our teachers are giving it their all right now. To show our appreciation, we wanted to thank two Macon teachers through a Facebook campaign called Treats for Teachers. The campaign asked that members of the Macon community nominate a teacher who is deserving of a special treat!

As is turns out, Macon folks sure do love their educators! We had so many nominations for outstanding teachers that we couldn’t pick just two. Instead, we chose five favorites at random, and we’re giving each of them a $100 Amazon gift card! We appreciate our teachers and the hard work they put in every day for our kids. We wish we could share a treat with them all. Congrats to our winning five!
