Buzzell, Welsh & Hill Sponsors the Nolan Preece Chemigram exhibit
Buzzell, Welsh & Hill is thrilled and honored to be the sole sponsor of the Nolan Preece Chemigram exhibit at the Museum of Arts and Sciences in Macon, GA. Across Georgia, students are under performing in math and science, and students enrolled in public elementary schools have little or no access to visual arts. The Museum addresses these challenges, using art to teach math and science in ways that spark interest and ignite curiosity.
“The Nolan Preece Chemigram exhibit is a great example of the Museum’s unique art-infused science programming, which we see as important and valuable to our community,” commented Stephen Welsh, Managing Partner of Buzzell, Welsh & Hill. “Investing in education and supporting organizations that provide high-quality educational programming always feels like the right thing to do.
The Nevada-based Artist Nolan Preece explores environmental themes in his contemporary landscapes. Preece uses a process of cameraless photography, the images are spatially ambiguous atmospheres and intensely patterned grids to visionary biologies and impacted archeology.
With programs serving nearly 100,000 people each year, the Museum of Arts and Sciences is a fun and active place filled with hands-on exhibits, a planetarium, zoo, and art galleries. Sponsors like Buzzell, Welsh & Hill keep admission costs low for families so more people are able to enjoy exhibits and programs. We highly recommend you visit this exhibit now through August 19!
